“I went to law school (out of state) over 10 years ago and finally decided to take the bar. Someone recommended Ibis to me, and while it was a little more expensive than other bar preps, the person who recommended it said it was a game changer, so I decided to give it a try. It was indeed really great. I had classes Monday through Thursday night, and Saturday and Sunday at 11AM, and while I still do not know if I passed, it made a huge difference. I had previously tried with another bar prep program, and I ended up not taking the bar with how overwhelming it all was, but with Ibis, Andrew is very clear. He tells you exactly what you are going to do, how you are going to do it, and honestly, it takes the pressure off you figuring it out. Now, he always takes about 30 mins of class to talk before he starts every class, which is very different from other programs but I think that is one thing I liked about it, how casual it all felt. It gave you a sense of community, and while I tend to lay low, I loved having that community because no one else knew what I was going through, except them, so while those 30 mins were about the World Cup, the Knicks, Kim K, or him not too happy about the performance of some in the class, it was really cool because it was like a break in your day after a lot of studying (and before more studying) AND he always went above the time for each class so those first 30 is not time lost from class class. Also, his work ethic is something rarely seen. No matter if he had just gotten a medical procedure, or if he was getting kicked out of a train (true story), he made sure to always be present and to always finish what we had to cover in each class. My favorite part of class was the weekend workshops. I learned a lot in them. And from the resources, the questionnaires, and his book. I had them written all over in different colors, adding my own notes, but those were my main resources along with Birdie (which is great for learning the rules) and another commercial Q bank. While the bar was brutal, I was able to answer using everything I had learned in IBIS. Shoutout to Bianca, she was my rep with IBIS and she was great, always checking how I was doing and answering the 100 questions I had.”

My daughter felt so so loved in this school that it made her years while going extremely easy and happy for her to attend. “We’ve had our son at PreTech Academy since he was just 2 years old, and I can confidently say this school has been an amazing experience for our family. He has gone through Pre-K2 all the way to VPK, and the growth we’ve seen is incredible. The teachers are truly nurturing, caring, and very engaging with the kids. They make learning fun while still focusing strongly on academics, which is very important to our family. My son can write his first and last name, is learning how to add and subtract, and is leaving VPK already writing words and understanding letter sounds (which is so important!). He’s also doing very well with CVC words and scored highly on the Florida VPK assessments, which really shows how well they prepare the children for kindergarten. The staff in the front office are just as amazing they know not only my child’s name, but also his siblings who don’t even attend the school. That personal touch means so much. The director is always present, greeting families and knowing parents by name, which creates such a warm and welcoming environment. Another huge plus is how clean everything is. The school does an excellent job maintaining cleanliness, and my child rarely gets sick, which speaks volumes. Overall, the entire staff is warm, caring, and truly invested in the children. “I don’t think Google has enough stars to truly express how happy we are with Deerwood Kindercare. When it was time to enroll my youngest in VPK, I struggled with the decision more than I expected. He was a pandemic baby, and as a work-from-home mom with a very supportive family, I had been fortunate enough to balance work while still seeing him throughout the day during every little break I had. Letting go of that was not easy. I knew how valuable VPK could be because my daughter benefited tremendously from her program years ago, but since we moved, the school she attended was no longer conveniently located for us. I toured several other VPK programs and left each one feeling uneasy and unconvinced. Then I walked into Kindercare and everything changed! From the moment I arrived, I felt an immediate sense of comfort and confidence. Mrs. Ellie, the director, is incredibly hands-on and communicative. She clearly cares deeply about the children and the families. After touring the facility and seeing how clean, organized, and safe everything was, the decision became easy. We enrolled our son in their VPK program and have not regretted it for a single moment. Choosing Kindercare has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our son. His teachers Ms. Laura and Ms. Daysi are absolutely wonderful! They are gentle, patient, and so loving with the children. The way they greet him each morning and the way he runs in to greet them truly says everything! Even the way he talks about his teachers at home makes it clear how safe, supported, and loved he feels there. One thing that meant so much to me as a parent was being able to walk my son into his classroom each day. That small but meaningful detail made such a difference during the transition. Not having to leave my baby at the door helped ease both of our hearts. Even months into the school year, on the occasional morning when he’s having a tough start, the teachers take the time to give him the one-on-one attention and gentle reassurance he needs. Seeing that level of care has helped calm many “mom heart” moments for me, both during those early transition days and even now when a random rough morning pops up. He also loves the breakfast and lunch they provide and proudly tells us about his meals and his day when I pick him up. Kindercare truly feels like a community that cares about the whole child and supports families along the way. We are incredibly grateful for the teachers, staff, and leadership that make this such a special place. If you’re looking for a VPK program where your child will be safe, nurtured, and genuinely loved, I cannot recommend Kindercare enough.”

Communication was excellent, with regular updates and photos throughout the day. They were also incredibly accommodating when I was cloth diapering, making the process easy and stress-free. iKids truly cared about my children as individuals and worked with us as a team. I can’t recommend them highly enough. though the new location would have been a little out of our way, I wish we had stayed. When my oldest was struggling with behavioral challenges as a preschooler, the staff at iKids didn’t label him as a problem. Instead, they partnered with us.
