The manager provides consistent assistance. The station has decent prices, especially when using the free Shell rewards program, and offers decent quick bites inside. Some customers note a corporate policy of a 24-hour hold on additional funds for debit card purchases at the pump, which is a common point of complaints. The car wash line can back up as one stall has been broken for months. The Slurpee machine is sometimes not working. The bathrooms are somewhat clean.
