The worst experience I have ever had with any bank... Avoid the headache, & go elsewhere! Gave one star, but it was actually not even worth that! Brikell location is ridiculous... They called my employer to verify he gave me the check, & after 20 questions they still didn't cash it!

Only 1 teller in the middle of the day in Brickell? Have 6 people waiting in line this is wild.. in my hometown of 30k people have 2-3 tellers

Waiting over an hour to speak with someone and wire money. This is abysmal. What terrible service!!
