Super Wheels Skating Center is a beloved Miami landmark that has been serving the community for over five decades. Originally known as Hot Wheels, it has been a place where generations have created lasting memories. The rink is famous for its wooden flooring, vintage look, and nostalgic vibe that many visitors cherish. It offers a variety of activities, including public skating sessions on weekends and special events like birthday parties and corporate reunions. The center also provides skating lessons on Wednesdays and Saturdays for those who want to learn or improve their skills. Many visitors have shared heartfelt memories of celebrating birthdays here, from childhood to adulthood, and participating in dance battles and skating tricks. The atmosphere is lively, with old-school jams, DJ performances, and breakdancing that bring back the spirit of the past. Despite its age, the place maintains its charm, though some reviews mention the need for repairs, cleaner bathrooms, and more attentive staff. Some visitors have experienced occasional rude behavior from staff, but others found the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially in the skate shop. Super Wheels has faced challenges recently, with announcements that it will close on December 30 and become Miami Roller Rink under new management. Many fans deeply hope it will remain open, as it is seen as a cultural relic and a source of joy for children and adults alike. The skating center is considered a vital part of Miami’s history and community life, with many people eager to see it preserved for future generations.

I absolutely HOPE Super Wheels is able to stay as a tenant!Hot Wheels/Super Wheels has been one of the last standing relics of Miami. It would be sad to see this place go! Please play the Macarena song at the end of year party for old time sake! We will always have great memories of this place.
