Tom Ford Miami offers absolutely gorgeous merchandise and a luxury shopping experience. Salespeople are wonderful, sweet, patient, and make shopping extra special. Customers may feel uncomfortable at first, judged by clothing, but a man offers help and tries every scent to find the perfect one, keeping the atmosphere comfy. Service is outstanding and friendly, though dress the part and act appropriate; walking in with shorts and a T‑shirt can lead to bad service.

Went to buy a $300+ perfume and they gave me a busted worn down bag. The guy was nice but this is unacceptable. I always buy Tom Ford and this is the first time this happens to me

We worked with a lovely lady who helped us choose my scent. She showed us different ways I could combine and wear it. I really appreciated how she took the time to educate us and made the shopping experience much more pleasant than buying from Sephora.
