We just walked in a couple of minutes ago. We got to the area I guess where the 'accessories' are. The girl was in the phone and I was waiting for her to finish, but she didn't. I said I was looking for eyewear. She motioned for me to wait while she was still on the phone. If I wasn't mistaken, I overheard 'Are we having dinner tonite? What are your plans? Are we going out?' So she disappeared at the back and I figured out of common courtesy, she would finish her phone call at the back. But... No. She came out still on the phone, she was carrying two trays of glasses. I was looking over the tray, and she was still having the 'So what are we doing tonight? Like nothing? Are you sure we're not having dinner? Not doing anything?'----and this went on for a good couple more minutes. I was starting to get annoyed. When I asked if they have a black in one of the eyewears, she just abruptly says 'Whatever we have here is what we have here.' So I just ignored and said to myself 'Ok Rochelle, calm yourself down..' So I showed her a pic of what I was looking for, she tells me again 'Like what I said, what we have here is what we have here..' This time I've had enough. I just said to her 'How accommodating of you..' and she goes to proceed to offer me one glasses after the other. She sneezes PARTIALLY covering her mouth and doesn't even have the decency to get a hand sanitizer or whatever. This experience has been both literally and metaphorically disgusting. I've been here several times, but NEVER this kind of substandard experience. Totally grossed out by this.

Ridiculous service. You apparently need to know what you want to buy before even entering the store. Get ready to answer a questionnaire if you want to enter.The staff should get appropriate training to know how to welcome customers and reflect the brand.

Looking at all the reviews I can confirm that the experience shopping at this Tom ford store left a terrible taste in my mouth. The saleswoman was very unpleasant. Tom ford does not deserve this type of service.

I am so disappointed in Tom Ford, the store. Absolutely RUDE. The Employees did not think about the fact that I could probably speak another language and they made a rude comment right in front of me, about me. Absolutely disgusted by their behavior. Now that I read the other reviews, I see that I am not the only one. Horrible.

Had a brief, but terrible, experience in this store yesterday, similar to the other 1 star reviewers. Wasn't greeted, followed around. The woman didn't try to make a sale at all, but stood 1 foot away from me and stared in my face while I sampled the colognes. Will never go back. Also, I don't think the Tom Ford Brand cares at all about this store given the number of complaints I've read through that spam years and the lack of change. Glad Burberry across the street was open, with lovely service, willing to take my funds.

I’m very disappointed.I’m a huge fan of Tom Ford, but what happened the other day needs to be addressed.My wife went yesterday, Saturday the 13th at around 2pm to buy me sunglasses for my birthday. As soon as she entered the store nobody greeted her, and the salesperson told her that she had an appointment in 5 minutes, and was on her phone!!!My wife asked politely where the sunglasses were and she pointed upstairs. So my wife went up and nobody was there, she went down and asked please can I see that model, sales person said you can open the cabinet yourself meanwhile she was on her PHONE texting the entire time. My wife went back and opened the cabinet herself. They get commission for sale right ?This is the way to treat customers that are ready to spend real cash here??? I don’t think so. Rarely I write a negative review, actually I never did. But this got me very upset.She came sad and disappointed, hope this review helps to ensure managers take accountability and take action.

I have been a loyal fan of the Tom Ford brand, but visiting this store only once has irreversibly changed that. Looking at everyone else’s negative reviews, I can confirm that this is happening as of now. Seriously, Tom Ford must get rid of this store before their reputation is damaged further. This place is like the Louvres Museum, and I do NOT mean that in a positive way. They let you in and shut the door behind you, you would think it’s because they want to make the customer feel comfortable and special. That couldn’t be farther from the truth. You will be watched at EVERY corner of this museum, I mean, store. It is as though they are scared of you touching things or stealing. They pretend then that they are there to help you, and when you do ask a question, give a completely irrelevant response. I had to ask the lady there THREE TIMES what the custom fitting process there is, and she would tell me about the item’s price, or other irrelevant facts! Then she would not move away from me, standing 3 feet away and staring at me the entire time, moving with me whatever move I made. I have never felt so uncomfortable shopping in any store, almost worried about my safety. These people haven’t been trained for the basics of customer relations, or maybe they have, and their training is about being intrusive and offensive. A properly trained staff would know to listen to the customer’s question, provide the EXACT ANSWER to that question, and then GO AWAY AND DISAPPEAR. You need to give the customer attention BUT ALSO SPACE, equally importantly. These people have NO IDEA about customer’s personal space. I then had to as for the store’s manager right there, and tell him about these basics. He didn’t disagree that they are disrespectful to the customer, but it remains to be seen if any meaningful change will happen. As for me, if there was ANY chance that I would buy anything from this store, or even walk inside again, the chance is going to be ABSOLUTELY ZERO now. NEVER AGAIN. Please save yourselves some time and trouble, and go to a different store, perhaps when you travel elsewhere, or just shop online. Or avoid Tom Ford altogether, if they can’t run their stores properly, they don’t deserve any loyal customers. Economy 101, as simple as that.

Amazing experience. At first you might feel a little uncomfortable when you enter the store, because you feel jugded by clothing. We were looking for a new scent and then a man named Robert came and offered help. He was the nicest guy, tried every scent to find the perfect one and found it. Always a little funny to keep the atmosphere comfy. Really outstanding and friendly Service.So 5 Stars for Robert, but 1 Star less, because of the feeling you got from entering the Shop.

Holy snobby. Went today to look around as I had never been there before. They followed me around the store and acted like I shouldn't have been there. Most uncomfortable shopping experience ever. Maybe i dont look like i have enough money to shop there but thats neither here nor there. I wont be back and neither will my friends.

I was surprised to come to Yelp and find all of these poor reviews of this Tom Ford location. I had an excellent shopping experience at this Tom Ford location and would definitely reccomend it.

Management should really step up their game at refining personnel here- snooty and condescending shouldn’t be on par with this brand. Stopped by couple weekends ago on Saturday afternoon, this woman was literally snickering when my husband was asking her questions about accessories. Perhaps it was the fact that we were dressed down (post workout), but here is a mind blowing tip- locals don’t get dressed up when clothes shopping. Very off putting experience overall, won’t be back even though my husband loves this brand.

Very rude. Don't bother with Tom Ford Miami. Was really looking forward to seeing this store during our trip to Miami only to be told by Security to come back in 15 minutes after they took our number. No text or call from Security and was ignored when we came back. RUDE!

If you're going to shop at James Bond clothing store please dress the part and act appropriate if you're wondering why you're getting bad service it's because you're walking in there with shorts and a T-shirt.
