The merchandise is absolutely gorgeous. You wouldn't be looking up this store if you had questions about that. You want to shop at *this* Tom Ford because the salespeople are absolutely wonderful - so sweet and patient. They really make your luxury shopping experience extra special.

Extremely Disappointed – Fading Logo on a “Luxury” Wallet?
I expected so much more from a brand like Tom Ford. I bought this wallet thinking I was investing in quality, class, and durability. Instead, what I got was a product that couldn’t even hold its own NAME. After just a few months of normal use, the Tom Ford logo started fading until it completely disappeared.
For the price I paid, this is not just unacceptable—it’s laughable. This isn’t a $20 knockoff from a street vendor, it’s supposed to be luxury. And yet it aged worse than a no-name brand wallet I had in college.
Either the quality control has completely collapsed, or the brand is banking solely on its name while cutting corners. I feel ripped off. Honestly, I expected craftsmanship. What I got was a joke.
Never again.

Mehhh- this post is a year overdue:
Bought 850$ glasses in Feb 2023
They broke in April 2023
I took them in May 2023
And instead of replacing them
Or sending them in to get fixed
They told me I had to send them / mail them in to a corporate address they gave me
Pompous stuck up
Zero customer service
Cheap quality glasses
Will NEVER. Purchase not recommend their glasses again-
Warby Parker 100percent without the 400% percent markup for the Tom Ford name
And the stuffy Design District attitude

Went to Tom Ford today around 1:30pm and the two ladies in the front of of the store were awful, my friend was looking for an specific item and they treated us so bad that I walked out. My friend stayed inside and some Peruvian gentleman helped her and he was extremely nice and amazing said by my friend, completely different from those two ladies. They should NOT treat customers this way….. and reading the reviews I do see that this happens frequently. What a shame!!!!

I have never felt so bad when entering a store to buy. As soon as I enter, a woman with very bad energy approaches me and begins to follow me throughout the store, making me very uncomfortable as if someone were coming to steal or waste my time.
I don't understand how they can be so cold and not very warm when receiving a future and potential client.
A real shame. I will never return to that place again.

Extremely rude service; literally no reason, as we were about to purchase pants.
I had ordered a car and asked the sales woman at the front where Hermès might be - as we exited. “I don’t know, use your phone. Google it yourself.” Very disappointed in level of guest/customer care. I was such a fan of the brand previously. The service is shockingly poor and the sales associate/agent was downright dismissive and mean as we were paying. Will not go back. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Bad attitude the woman and man in the front need to back off if I want to smell the perfume move over and allow instead of spraying every smell n then not remember which is which ridiculous

We just walked in a couple of minutes ago. We got to the area I guess where the 'accessories' are. The girl was in the phone and I was waiting for her to finish, but she didn't. I said I was looking for eyewear. She motioned for me to wait while she was still on the phone. If I wasn't mistaken, I overheard 'Are we having dinner tonite? What are your plans? Are we going out?' So she disappeared at the back and I figured out of common courtesy, she would finish her phone call at the back. But... No. She came out still on the phone, she was carrying two trays of glasses. I was looking over the tray, and she was still having the 'So what are we doing tonight? Like nothing? Are you sure we're not having dinner? Not doing anything?'----and this went on for a good couple more minutes. I was starting to get annoyed. When I asked if they have a black in one of the eyewears, she just abruptly says 'Whatever we have here is what we have here.' So I just ignored and said to myself 'Ok Rochelle, calm yourself down..' So I showed her a pic of what I was looking for, she tells me again 'Like what I said, what we have here is what we have here..' This time I've had enough. I just said to her 'How accommodating of you..' and she goes to proceed to offer me one glasses after the other. She sneezes PARTIALLY covering her mouth and doesn't even have the decency to get a hand sanitizer or whatever. This experience has been both literally and metaphorically disgusting. I've been here several times, but NEVER this kind of substandard experience. Totally grossed out by this.

Sales reps were very rude. The doors were locked during hours of operation; I had to call them to open up. Definitely on the lower tier of stores in the design District.
