“I made my reservation online using the U-Haul app — the process was simple and straightforward. When I arrived to pick up the truck, there was someone ahead of me. While the customer service wasn’t great, I didn’t mind, as I just needed the truck for my move.
I completed the additional information, provided my credit card, and was given the keys and truck number. However, there were no clear instructions on where to find the truck, which was located in a lot next door. Luckily, a kind gentleman saw me struggling and helped me locate it.
The truck itself was in good condition, drove comfortably, and did exactly what I needed. I returned it that same night and followed the instructions to leave the key in the drop box with the paperwork attached.
I went slightly over the mileage limit and was charged accordingly — U-Haul sent an email detailing the extra charges. A few weeks later, I also received a toll charge, which was processed and billed automatically to my card.
Bottom line: if you're looking for luxury service, this isn’t it. But if you need a reliable truck at a fair price and can handle a basic, no-frills experience, U-Haul delivers on its promise.”

“Biggest complaint with this location is there is no return box anywhere on the Property I walked around to the back I walked around the parking lot I asked the Neighbor boring businesses nobody knows anything I see a lot of cameras but nobody to assist and I will tell you they close a little earlier than six I guess tomorrow I’m going to have to waste time out of my day to come drop off the key I will say his store is very clean and he has a ton of Merchandise”

The location has plenty of trucks and trailers to choose from, its on a main street in Miami (Calle 8) and has easy access to mayor highways (Turnpike and Dolphin Expressway).”
