Worst service ever a this facility. Very rude. Second time rental that I received a call with a $50 thread for not returning the equipment on time. They have no manner. Also, the app never works conveniently to charge xtra for returning. Great American way to conduct a service business 👏

Jazmin and the young guy that helped me were very helpful and took great care of me. Jazmin help me get a better rate by quoting both options (bring back truck or one way) and they didn’t have the 10’ truck but she was able to get me a 15’ that was actually better since I had more stuff since the first time I moved in lol

Please read this through, because U-HAUL has a scam going with their refund. Great experience with reservation by toll-free number customer service agent and in-store with customer service agents and vehicle rental agent. Super nice women at the counter. However, the toll-free reservation agent never mentioned that the renter must pay a deposit to rent the vehicle. Since mine was a cargo van the hold charge was $500+/-. Which was to partly be refunded, minus the rental charges in 3-5 business days (Mind you, this was on New Year's Day so it would take longer). The van was in excellent condition (except for some minor exterior damage that was noted by U-HAUL.). The interior of the cab did need a bit of cleaning. My moving day was long and hard, but my friends and I got it done with extra rental time (4 extra hours, we had a lot of stuff and a lot of furniture, and the move included 2 locations.) Then the business days passed and I hadn't received my refund. I called the U-HAUL branch that I rented from and the call was directed to the main customer service center. I was told that "my debit card expiry date was wrong" and I needed to speak directly to the manager at the branch that I rented from." When I called the manager wasn't there and the customer service rep repeated the same thing about the expiry date. I told them the correct date was the same and the debit card was the same one they used to process the rental. The agent assured me that the manager would call me the following evening. They did and told me that my refund would be processed. I waited and checked my account - no refund. So, I called and got the same story about the wrong expiry date from the customer service rep at the branch. This went on yet another time with the reply that more time was needed to process the refund. Finally, a week passed and I called the toll-free number and got an agent at the main customer service department, who also supplied me the name of the branch manager. I told him that I was suspicious of the way my refund was being handled because: 1. I have several years of working as a customer service agent 2. I received conflicting answers to the reason for the delay of my refund and 3. I'm also a business owner. His answer was quite smug and matter-of-fact. So, I told him that I was going to call my bank and report fraudulent activity by U-HAUL regarding my refund. He said, in effect, there's nothing about their method that's fraudulent and he would call me within an hour to prove it. So I called my bank customer service, they told me that U-HAUL is "being uncooperative" with inputing the incorrect expiry date. I took this to mean that they are carrying on a fraudulent transaction on my account and withholding my refund. I was asked by the bank agent if I want to file a fraudulent complaint and I agreed. So, I filed a complaint about U-HAUL as a merchant carrying on a fraudulent transaction. (The process took a while, with a lot of questions and specific answers to those questions.) The U-HAUL manager called me back and I told him that I had filed a fraudulent claim against U-HAUL. He was pissed and disconnected the call. It took a couple of days for the bank investigation inot the matter. In the meantime, U-HAUL sent me a text message with a link to proceed with the complaint against them. I ignored it because my bank said that they'd handle it and would let me know the status. I've finally received a pending message in my bank account activity regarding the refund on yesterday. I WILL NEVER rent anything from U-HAUL again. It was in 2009, that I rented a box truck from them with no problems. Since then, their brand is a dump in my opinion, and with the experience I had I WILL NOT recommend their products or services. I re-read the T&Cs of the rental contract and saw that when a vehicle is rented, the renter agrees to not file a lawsuit against U-HAUL, related to rentals. That tells you that they are already expecting legal action for their methods. The only goo

I love how fast and easy was to coordinate and arrange my moving. I would recommend U-Haul to anybody, affordable prices, very helpful and professional staff. About the help reveived from Maximovers, it was amazing!! Mr. Gonzalo assistance is the best, he coordinated everything and ensured that everything went as planned. The guys arrived on time and kept my furniture in perfect conditions, everything was handled with care and they offered the best price and service from all the available options. I'm beyond happy, the moving was fast efficient and I was able to arrange everything in less than an hour. I definitely recommend U-Haul and Maxivovers and I will hire them again next time I need to move.

I have never dealt with such a horrible location. My partner went there in the morning to rent a truck for a mattress to bring and it was 50 miles worth the trip. Hector the manager lied stating that uhaul rentals for the first time get charged a deposit of 500. When I reviewed the contract he added on the estimated miles 500 instead of 50. When I spoke with him on the phone and told him no where on the contract states anything about first time rental deposit. He tells me his location is allowed to charge a deposit on customers. My partner came at 7:30 pm the same day to return the truck. No one check his truck back in, they waited till the next day and when I asked him about this he informed me that my partner whom doesn't speak any English was suppose to read the English signs stating he has to do the return on the app in order. I asked him if anyone(like him) informed my partner in Spanish and he said it's not his obligation.
No help. And still have been waiting before Christmas for the money to be returned in our account.
Thank you Cassandra and the wonderful staff I had to call uhaul customer service in order to get some actual help.

took extremely long for processing the rental of the truck; employees seemed unhappy, and didn't do any effort to help each other making the rentals go faster. The truck came with barely any gas which was wrongly represented on the rental agreement

I’m starting to believe that employees get commissions every time they screw a customer over. I rented a cargo van for 4 hours. It was supposed to be from 9:30am - 1:30pm. By the time I got there, I had to fill out a bunch of information, had to click a link to send pics of my DL, give information on emergency contact, my own insurance company, and I still had to take pictures of the whole van before proceeding with the rental. I ended up picking up the Van at 10:07 (it shows in the contract the time I finished sending pictures of the van to them before leaving Uhaul).
I returned the Van at 2:07pm, exactly 4 hours rental and they charged me one EXTRA daily rate with the explanation that I should have returned at 1:30pm. And if I picked up the van later, I should have asked them to update the return time. I understand that the system might doesn’t recognize it automatically, and that’s why you have employees and managers at the store, so you can explain them the situation and solve it for the best way possible. But they were rude to me and said it was not their fault and they wouldn’t change anything on the system. This is SO ridiculous. I’m not trying to take advantage of the company. I paid for 4h rental and they charged me equivalent of 8h, even though I used only 4h. After that I suggested to have the van back, since they charged me twice, so I could try to finish my moving stuff that I still had left, but they said once I checked out, I couldn’t pick it up again. And when I checked out outside, no one told me they were charging me extra. I found out because I went inside to get my receipt. HORRIBLE STAFF AT THAT UNIT!!!!
