Ordered a U-haul in advance. When came to pick it up, the tank was EMPTY. Completely. Yet there was nothing they could do.
The staff was very kind and friendly.. I do believe it is unacceptable to give a truck on an Empty level, though, and expect us to get to a gas station immediately.
