There was a line formed going to the door. Only one person was working; a blonde haired woman who was on her phone and trying to multitask. I had to wait in line for 30 minutes despite doing an online check in. Alex the owner was helping me but this place is awful. U Haul should never be anyone's first, second, or third option. Enterprise is always a better choice.

These people are the worst. You will get multiple charges after you drop the truck, and they will imply you make damages on the truck that were already there.Keep it up. You will get out of business soon. Homedepot will take over !

This U-Haul is way better than their reviews. I’ve used them twice, both outstanding experiences. Good vans but more importantly, very good service. So much can go wrong but they get it right! Vans are ready on time, they try to help with other equipment needs and are patient and hard working. Thank you Jasmin!

I rented the truck Tuesday January 2nd for 24 hr which I ended up using for only a few. When I check in, the app and the website weren't taking my information on my Samsung galaxy 23. It seems that has some developing issues or that day wasn't working well. The lady at the counter then told me that she was not going to be able to rent the truck if I could not do that process online. However, I managed to do it on the phone after several times of trying. When the attendant gave me the keys, never told me I had to do another check in at the truck, loading all the truck pictures for gass, milage and condition of the can but I did took pictures of everything and mantained them on my phone. At night, upon my return, I red the instructions on the wall and did the check out process uploading all the pictures asked. On the following morning I was charged $13.50 for gas which was wrong so I proceded to go to the location to get the money back. The manager never came out, the attendant told me that she was nor refund me anything because I didnt use the check in process and upload the pictures so I called the police explaining the situation and showing clearly that they were trying to scam people and didnt you respect to people. I have the initial picture showing exactly the milage which I got the truck and the gas level that the car had. Also, the picture with the milage and gas level I returned the car with. It is not about the $13.50, it is about the disrespect and attitude to take advantage of people and situation.

The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is because Luis was exceptional. Seriously, he is a great employee and deserves better coworkers. I would work with him or hire him any day. Literally an employers dream. Great job Luis.I would leave none if I could based off of my interaction Vergi, the girl from the front desk. Absolute horrible customer service representing this company. Someone needs to teach het manners, professionalism and common decency..Im visably pregnant and arrived 9 minutes early to pick up a self service truck. The truck was not pulled out and ready so i could not pick up through the app as i had set up to do.I said good morning to her when she approached the door and was ignored. About 7 minutes before they opened i was standing about 10 feet from the door not to crowd or pressure her as she was opening. All she said to me was "we open at 7", it was rude the only thing she had spoken to me was that but i said ok, i also mentioned i was there for a self pickup but the truck wasnt ready, she just repeated herself "we open in 7 minutes.It was actually cold, windy and off/on drizzling rain this morning. I was holding 2 suitcases and some other stuff and im visably pregnant. She walked in and locked the door behind her. Not even the human decency to let me stand inside until they officially opened...When they did open.. she just unlocked the door and turned away, didnt bother to hold it or say hello to her customer. No greeting when i walked up to the desk, had me give her my information again because she couldnt find it. The only words she spoke to me were "license, take a selfie, $2600", and "its in the packet" when i asked for a reciept.She is the typical common trash customer service miami has to offer and should be embarrased she represents herself to others and the company the way she does. If it wasnt out of necesity i needed to do business there i wouldve left. I see other reviews about her interactions and am surprised Uhaul continues to have her represent them.I went outside after my unpleasant interaction with her and my truck took another 15 mins apprx. The truck was not in good condition. It clearly needed an alignment, idle inconsistently and had tape to hold up a mirror..Ive used Uhaul several times over the years and this is absolutely the worst. Go somewhere else if possible..

In general, this location offered great and reliable service. However, the exterior and interior of the van were not totally clean prior to the vehicle delivery. Since the vehicles are stored in an open area, not too far from an ongoing construction site, maybe that explains why. Other than that, I was very satisfied.

Very unprofessional. I requested and paid for the large appliance dolly with the long handle. they didnt put it - which i made a note at the pick up time. instead they put the furniture dolly and i was not able to leave it out since it was off hours 6 am pick up time.I asked for the credit - they refused and were rude about it.On top they forbid me to use the dumpster for trash even though there is a clear sign about it : that uhaul customers are eligible to use the dumpster. Avoid this location.

I was needlessly held up for 45’ because of an “alert” in the system which turned out to be just an outdated order from 2021 with no balance due to U-Haul. The staff tired to help but were helpless while I just waited on the phone. Why did this not come up at the time of reservation? Time and money wasted for no reason, ENTIRELY because of Uhaull poor service.

The truck was not available. They told me they don’t even have truck for that location. No on contacted me for previously to notify me. It took me 1 hour to get my reservation transferred until I get the truck I needed.

To the next customer: When pick up your equipment remember to confirm the card you will use for pay. We use a card of my driver for a hold and Uhaul don´t wait for change the card, they use the first card for the charge.

The guys working outside to receive and send out the trucks were great. Very helpful and friendly.The guy inside that rented us the car was more concerned with whatever he was doing on his cell phone than helping us with the rental though, he ended up only renting me the van for for 6 hours when i needed it to move my mattresses the next day so i had to call the help line and ended up being charged an additional $61 on top of the $49 i paid at the desk.The van was not in good condition though. Dents all over the roof and on the side running boards where you step. Just had been beat up. The guy releasing the vehicle told me to dispute the photos the link had of the description and take new ones since it was in rough condition, I greatly appreciated the two guys working outside birth yesterday and today. They were we very nice. They made my service impression much better. ?
