The pickup went smooth as well as the return.
Their customer service person onsite was professional, helpful and friendly. She made our experience perfect. Also, it’s right next to Frankie’s Pizza, which is amazing. You’ll love it! 🙂

Need to charge the right mileage. When went to rent I estimated 15 miles. Winded up doing only 10 miles. I told the lady and she said not to worry that she would adjust and close the ticket. She never went with me, I left and the next thing I know, got a charge for 5 miles more plus another charge of who knows what, gasoline? seriously? the needle barely moved. It was not a huge amount of money, about $8 more, but that is not the point. If they do that to every vehicle rented, sure are going to get extra money at the expense of the customer. Never again, will I rent with them, and I learned my lesson, have the person walk with me and adjust the miles and charges before I leave. I do not know if Frankie's pizza is the owner of this business, but guess where I will never buy a pizza! Stay away from renting at this Uhaul. It is a rip off. By the way, I called and left a message about this situation, nobody ever responded to my call

Ivis was fantastic and I will definitely be back to rent from her again. Van was in excellent condition. Best experience I have ever had not only at a U-Haul but with any vehicle rental company.

One of the worst uhaul renting experiences ever. That being said, they usually have inventory so it’s often better than nothing. Just be prepared to wait and deal with a incompetent customer service.

Terrible service, the lady who takes the calls has a tremendous bad attitude, she hangs up the phone and says she doesn't listen. They open at 11 in the morning and on top of that they tell you that they open at 3 in order to reserve.

It was ok. When they gave me the truck it didnt have half a tank as they stated, it was 1/4 less. In the back of the truck cabinet was an empty beer can. It is what it is. UHAUL is a RIP OFF!!
