0 stars if possible. Impossible to get delivery on time . Always are 1-3 days late. The items are usually put to as out for delivery but not delivered. Then it says available for pickup but are not available for pick even if you go talk with people there. And then they deliver 2 or 3 days later without notifying anyone...

The lady faked that her computer wasn’t working so she could leave early. They wanted to charge me for a 6” piece of tape. It’s embarrassing that this is a US facility.
