Worst branch of the postal service in the nation. The staff doesn’t offer assistance or help they just tell you no when you have questions. Very negative environment they don’t care about your package or envelope. If the older lady bigger lady in the front helps you be ready for the nothing to get done!

I placed an order through Amazon three weeks ago, and it was shipped to this company. The order says it was delivered, but they haven't responded. Amazon isn't responsible for shipping the product either. Who will be responsible? Don't use this company for your orders; they won't arrive!

It’s no surprise that this post office location has one of the lowest ratings in all of Miami. Many businesses rely on this branch to send large quantities of packages, yet recent changes have made the process unnecessarily difficult.
Previously, customers could use wheeled baskets to transport packages from their vehicles to the mailing area. However, those have now been removed, forcing customers to use stationary baskets inside the facility. This change appears to be due to staff reluctance to manage package transfers.
Additionally, for nearly a month, the front door has been broken, requiring customers to carry their packages around to the back entrance and enter through the emergency exit. Despite this ongoing issue, no repairs have been made.
It is disappointing to see the United States Postal Service operating in such poor conditions at this location. I urge management to address these concerns promptly to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Update, few months later :
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent changes and ongoing poor customer service at this post office.
This location is conveniently situated near several businesses where we regularly drop off packages. In the past, there were rolling baskets available, which made it much easier to transport large numbers of parcels. However, those have been removed and replaced with stationary baskets that are not user-friendly. While the newly added signage categorizing package types may help employees, it has significantly increased the workload and inconvenience for customers like myself.
More concerning, however, is the unacceptable behavior of the staff. During my most recent visit, I was treated rudely and disrespectfully by a staff member—a woman who, instead of offering assistance, chose to yell at me for placing too many boxes in a basket that was already overflowing. It was clear that this basket had not been attended to for quite some time, which was not my responsibility. This type of unprofessional conduct is unacceptable in any workplace, especially in a public service setting.
As a frequent customer, I am extremely disappointed. The lack of basic courtesy and support, along with the impractical facility changes, makes this post office increasingly difficult to work with. I urge management to address both the facility design and staff behavior immediately.

If you've ever wondered where the USPS dream goes to die, welcome to 5600 NW 72nd Ave - the undisputed heavyweight champion of postal disappointment in the entire state of Florida.
This place isn’t just a black hole for packages. It’s where hope, patience, and Christmas spirit go to get returned to sender.
Let me paint the package-squashing picture: they lost parcels, they trashed deliveries, and just when I thought it couldn't get worse, they returned a box of Christmas gifts for my kids, sent internationally by their grandparents, ten days after arrival, not the standard 30. Why? Because... feelings, I guess? Maybe “Delivering for You” is just their seasonal prank slogan.
And don’t even think about picking anything up on a Saturday. I showed up at 12:30 PM, they allegedly close at 1 PM, only to find the whole staff had vanished into the USPS-verse. Frankie, a delivery driver playing front desk imposter, told me everyone else was out for a “mystery emergency” and refused to help, name himself, or call a supervisor. When I asked to file a complaint, he yelled at me and slammed the window shut, after telling me he was doing me a “favor” by even showing his face.
Favor? The only thing this office is delivering is disrespect and disappointment.
This place has turned postal service into a performance art of avoidance, laziness, and chaos. If customer service were a sport, this office would medal in “Not My Job.” The entire operation feels like a parody, except it’s real and it's wrecking people’s lives.
Dear Elon (or anyone with influence and a shred of sanity), if you’re listening: please buy this place and turn it into a warehouse for functional robots. At least they wouldn’t return international packages out of spite on Christmas Eve.
Shut. It. Down.
Let the reviews speak, and may this location stamp its final envelope soon.

Just no! I’ve been here a couple of times and not once have I not left upset. The most recent experience was with a return from Shein, they provided a tracking number and the attendant couldn’t even look up the zip code where my item was being returned so I could download the QR code. I stepped aside while I tried to figure out the QR code situation, but all the attendant kept doing was being rude to others, and telling them that “they only want to do, what they want to do!” Appalling customer service, everything from asking customers to fill in certified return receipt mail themselves, to taping boxes themselves, to just plain verbal abuse. And let’s not even discuss the workers in the back talking about politics and bad mouthing the current sitting President!!

If I could leave a 0 star I would! They lost a package I shipped and sold an item from eBay. I then lost $400 on this and the package says out for delivery but was never delivered. No one will answer and no help at all! USPS needs to be closed down by the government it’s awful!

Tried talking to the “manager” Jeannie Burgos about three of my packages that are missing/were stolen, she rudely hung up on me and blocked my phone number so I could not call back. Thanks for being useless!

I bought fabric on eBay 2 days ago and it’s been sitting in this Miami facility for 2 days now. I will contact the OIG Hotline and urge everyone to do the same if you have a complaint.
