If you don't want to wait in line, there's a self service kiosk that you possibly walked by to instead go to the counter. Kiosko at entrance of post office is very useful.

“I was disappointed , employee named Patrice was rude and disrespectful to a customer, which made the experience uncomfortable. Staff should treat everyone with professionalism and courtesy.” One more thing. Sobeida is the best 🫶🏻 .
