It’s Saturday 3:30 PM, it’s closed, but online it says it’s open. They have a drop-off box, but even it is taped shut

The hours of operation are until 8pm, if you see the picture attached it’s not 8pm and everything is closed. Employees left, there were 7 customers confused as to what to do with their packages . So everyone left early
