en sentido general USPS es muy malo, pero esta oficina es de las peores, trabajan mal, no hay a quien reclamar, se creen que por trabajar para el gobierno estan por encima de todo.
Generally speaking, USPS is very bad, but this office is one of the worst. They work poorly, there's no one to complain to, and they think they're above everything because they work for the government. They should disappear and leave only FedEx and UPS.

Awful service and If they notice english is not your first language its even worse. One lady in the front was very rude in her response, I obviously got so mad and she threatened to call the police. Hope I never have to go back there again

Should be 0 stars but Google is too generous. This branch has been messing up delivery notifications for years. They post “Delivered, Individual Picked Up at Post Office” despite no one picking up, which is of course concerning as a consumer. Usually delivered next day but sometimes 2-3 days later.
Best guess is they do this to satisfy some BS quotas and hide their subpar service to corporate or to lie to shippers that they’re delivering on time. I’ve asked to speak with manager multiple times to fix this issue and never get calls back, they don’t care. To make matters worse, as other reviews have posted rude and terrible customer service from staff. This branch should be shut down and is a great example why government funding shouldn’t be spent on a bunch of lazy employees receiving government benefits. I had 4 other packages delivered by other professional logistics companies today, on time no issues, but of course not the two from USPS, they never get it right.

I when to this office twice trying to find help with my missing package, and no one has been able to help me with my case, I don’t why my purchase do not are not being delivered in my mailbox, also I dis ask to the mail lady and She was real alt Rude with Me, this’s the third time that I’ve lost my money

I went during the weekend to drop off a package I found it to be unkept grass has not been cut it looked abandoned. I did see a security guard outside I couldn’t drop off my package because there was paper on top of the drop off.

This post office is a real disaster. You order a package, and the USPS tracking number tells you it's been shipped, and then they deliver it two weeks later. A total disaster !!!!

I was apprehensive after reading all the reviews here, but Derek was very helpful and nice when I went over there and also was the customer service agent I spoke to. Plus my package arrived and everything was intact. I don’t know why people write the worst things here.

Epitomy of lazy! This branch covers the mailbox slots so customers can't use them. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Is this standard USPS Operating Procedure? Observed 02JUN25 at 6:30 pm. It's pouring rain, so the outside mailbox (that shows signs of lock tampering) is not an option.

On two separate occasions they have marked my package as “Picked up by individual” when it was supposed to be delivered. Not only did I not pick up any packages, but they never got delivered, and have had to open disputes with the merchants or my credit card.

If your package arrived at this post office, whether you live within or outside the states, it is very likely that even if it says delivered, your package will never appear that simple, the employees will steal it.

Marked my package as delivered, then never deliver it. The sender paid for signature verification, yet still this post office said my package was picked up and signed by someone else without even a single delivery attempt. Unbelievable. Stop stealing our packages.
