I took advantage of an offer from Verizon to upgrade from my old Apple SE3 phone. When the phone arrived, I was confused & couldn’t transfer to my new 16e device. I went to this office and was assisted by Jonathon. He was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable in helping me thru the data transfer process. I also got a $600 trade in credit. We were successful and all my data (contacts, calendar, photos, apps etc) moved over to the new device. This is world class customer service and primary reason why we have stayed loyal to Verizon for 27 years. Thanks.

Pretty unhelpful, we had to wait thirty minutes to be told they don't help with resolving account issues.
Clearly focused on sales, not service.

Oscar, the assistant manager was single-handily the worst customer service associate I’ve had in my life. I honestly pity the team that is forced to work with him, we waited for over an hour for an issue that took 10 minutes to solve because he was busy chatting with a man that seemed to be his friend. I love Verizon as a company but with this being the closet store to me I may consider transferring elsewhere, I’d recommend going to a different store.

Oscar and his team were unbelievably helpful helping me troubleshoot a very complicated transfer that shouldn't have been difficult at all. I wanted to transfer one Verizon phone from a different Verizon account to my Verizon account. It was extremely annoying I wasn't able to do it quick and easy in store. Oscar explained I had to do it using a specific phone number. Once I called that number, it took me over an hour to do it. Pretty ridiculous in this day and age. Demonstrate Verizon needs to invest more in training and rethink this process altogether. In an effort to stay sane given how ridiculous the process was, Oscar and team entertained my sense of humor and were wonderful with me and my 80 year old mom. Kudos to Oscar and team and the regional manager of this area should consult with Oscar about what improvements he thinks would help customers. It's clear he's super smart, his respects me and me as a customer - I could clearly see he cares.

I highly recommend the Pinecrest, FL Verizon store (off of SW 104th street). The attention I received from the staff there today was above and beyond what anyone could have expected. I was having difficulty activating a new phone that I had purchased at another Verizon location (on in Atlanta that I do not recommend btw) and the Pinecrest location not only trouble shot the issue but worked the issue until it was fully resolved explaining along the way what was happening and why. They could have passed the buck in many instances, but instead they were singularly focused on resolving this customer's issue. The Pinecrest Verizon store will be my store from now on.

We want to thank Verizon and their team of workers. Especially to Mr. Roy Mori, yesterday we went to the store in Pinecrest Miami to find out about a plan for our son and he was really very kind, attentive, and had a lot of knowledge of his promotions and products. We were very satisfied with his attention and service, he was very patient with us for a long time and was very professional at all times. Thank you very much again Mr. Mori for all your attention. So grateful to the kind and knowledgeable staff that helped us untangle the mess we had on our hands with two new Apple Watches purchased at the Apple Store at the Falls. Will NEVER buy a mobile device from the Apple Store again. Cristina, one of the sales reps, was extremely patient, kind, knowledgeable (and funny). It was a pleasure to receive her support in connecting our devices, and she even saved us some money on our monthly bill while we were at it. Highly recommend.
