We want to thank Verizon and their team of workers. Especially to Mr. Roy Mori, yesterday we went to the store in Pinecrest Miami to find out about a plan for our son and he was really very kind, attentive, and had a lot of knowledge of his promotions and products. We were very satisfied with his attention and service, he was very patient with us for a long time and was very professional at all times. Thank you very much again Mr. Mori for all your attention. So grateful to the kind and knowledgeable staff that helped us untangle the mess we had on our hands with two new Apple Watches purchased at the Apple Store at the Falls. Will NEVER buy a mobile device from the Apple Store again. Cristina, one of the sales reps, was extremely patient, kind, knowledgeable (and funny). It was a pleasure to receive her support in connecting our devices, and she even saved us some money on our monthly bill while we were at it. Highly recommend.

I got to Verizon and was so confused of what to do with my phone!!! Ariel was great! He explained the differences between the Samsung 24 ultra and the IPhone max pro. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and reliable. Thanks Ariel for your help!

If i could give them no stars i would. Been a customer of Verizon for 15 years with switching my iPhone every 2 years. I’ve always put the taxes on the new phone I’m buying towards my next phone bill. Today i walk in after going to three different Verizon store looking for the iPhone i want cus apparently they can’t contact other stores. After finally getting my phone and paying for everything i see there’s a subcharge of an extra 108 of taces. When i asked what it is im told taxes and i say just put it on the bill like I’ve done since the iPhone 6. Rene the manager comes out puffing his chest saying that they’ve never done that and that I’m lying. When i ask him to look up the bill from two years ago when i got the iPhone i have now to see that the taxes were put on the bill he states they can’t do that either. Honestly Rene you’re a sorry excuse for a manager and i recommend everyone to just order from the 611 number or Best Buy

Assist Manager ORTIZ ,has the best employees at this location I received the best customer service from him and his team. Special shout out to Giovanni who helped me and my boyfriend and then the other employees also named ARIEL and RONNY where just as amazing with all their knowledge about the services they offer. This is the first time I have went Into a phone store extremely frustrated but I walked out with all smiles. I will be coming back here if I need any further assistance with my phones. Thanks guys all made me feel so special and cared for.

Went in to simply get a new sim card for my mother's phone that went bad. The sales guy said I was not an authorized user and couldn't do anything. I told them my Dad was the authorized user but he had passed recently, and my mother was too old to visit store. I asked to speak to store manager who was very rude and told me they couldn't help and to call their 800 number and proceeded to walk away. I have already contacted another carrier to port and transfer her number and will be canceling the Verizon account when done. I will never again buy anything with the name Verizon on it.
