The most amazing experience. My sales assistant is Julio. He honestly went above and beyond for me. He was so patient in getting me to the proper channels. My phone was being hacked therefore he was able to put a Freud prevention alert on my new phone. The energy in Verizon was hot. I think people were really happy and nice. Almost like if someone was about to get a prize or recognition for an award.. I hope that they recognize his effort and raise him up as a great leader in his field. He didn’t even stress or need to go in the back and get lunch. He worked diligently for me. Amazing work ethic. Also, he never put me in the line and return with other clients. He was kind and courteous. He didn’t even mind about the fact that we had to connect and disconnection everything. Thanks Julio Ponce., I also love Luis because he makes great eye contact and shows his true character with helping me get the best service at Verizon

Terrible service. Do. Not Go To Verizon For Service!!!! You will regret it, they tell you one price and it’s never that price. I switched thinking they were better than T-mobile and I was dead wrong!! Worst cellphone service I’ve ever experienced. Worst than Metro at the start and a sky high bill that makes no sense. Played me when I sat there and opened up so many lines with them. Now I’m trying my best to get back to TMobile ASAP!!! Don’t be fooled by their fake promos and poor service

The attention is good. Of course, in order for you to change your plan, I handed in 2 phones and they did not give me the credit that they promised me, supposedly the manager Robert is the one who has to do with it and he never contacted me. I have been there several times and they have not given me a solution.

Just wanted to say the Everth was amazing with us. He was extremely patient and helped us set up and navigate a complicated situation with options that worked best for us, while taking his time explaining all the different options and promos available. Very bad service, manager telling lies and without any intention of resolving anything, I go to have an order that I placed in that store fixed that never reached my hands and they tell me that it is not their problem that I should resolve it by calling customer service After 2 hours of them talking, they tell me that they can't solve anything, that the promotion that was there when I bought the items that were never delivered no longer exists and that they can't do anything, they only serve to scam

This review is not a negative review on this particular store but on Verizon as a company.We bought a verizon phone as a spare. We had it for a year and we realized it was no longer needed. We cancelled the account and went on our way. We continued to get bills from them and called every month to let them know we cancelled the line. They said they corrected the issue and the very next month we get another bill. On and on for 7 months, we called AMEX and disputed the charges. Now they threaten to send us to collections for an account we cancelled 7 months ago. I want to say incompetent would be a positive for them, stay as far away from them as possible.

I've been waiting for 15 minutes watching 5 Verizon employees attending to 2 customers. 2 out back doing nothing. No respect for people's time.

They came to my office and sold me a service for which they never did the conection. After a few days I returned the phones and rauder and cancel the service. Now they send me a bill for a $1,000. If you try to contact costumer service they only have answer machines . It should be ilegal to operate a business like this!
