I called the pharmacy to check on my mom’s meds and i spoke to someone name Carmen. She VERY RUDE. Her tone of voice was as if she was very bothered that she had to help me she had an attitude the entire call. You could tell she did not want to help at all. Carmen, if you are miserable in what you do for a living don't take it out on the customers. Do us all a favor and change your career.

I arrived today at 7 a.m. for a labcorp blood work appointment, but the pharmacy was closed, and I had received no communication from either Labcorp or Walgreens. The person inside refused to explain what had happened and he was really disrespectful. I was quite unsatisfied with the service.

Very BAD attitudes from the pharmacy staff. Talk to clients in a very rude manner and take their sweet time to give you service.

My experience in that Walgreens was the worst. I try to buy some bath soap and the costumer representative grabbed it out of my hand. So I refused to purchase anything from that store. And when it comes to your prescription it's a whole nother episode. And if you don't speak Spanish you have totally wasted your time by using this Walgreens.

Never call for a refill....you will be on hold for 25-30mins, just to get hung up on. Then once you have to drive to the store to get help, don't ask for Noel the store lead, he is very unprofessional. As I was explaining my situation walking with him, he went to another isle to assist a Hispanic lady, without saying give me a minute or nothing. I get to the pharmacy and he is nowhere to be found, I then go look for him and he is in another isle. He clearly didn't want to help me...seems a lil like he don't like blacks...I hope they pull the cameras and see. NOEL I love all race you should do the same
