I’ve been on hold for about 30 minutes every time I call, no matter the time of day and it’s ludicrous. I call, I’m on hold for 30 plus minutes and then the call hangs up. I’ve been going through this since Monday and it’s Thursday now. Please fix this.

I been on hold for 30 minutes and I can't get through to the pharmacy. This happened last week and now today. Not sure what's going on but customers need answers....

I arrived today at 7 a.m. for a labcorp blood work appointment, but the pharmacy was closed, and I had received no communication from either Labcorp or Walgreens. The person inside refused to explain what had happened and he was really disrespectful. I was quite unsatisfied with the service.
