I’ve been trying to refill my prescriptions since Monday and it’s already Friday, The workers at this pharmacy have No clue what they are doing and saying, this place LACK communication skills and customer service skills, if you go through their drive thru it will take you a min of 30 mins just back and forth with their clueless crew. It’s very frustrating dealing with this particular Walgreens. If you are looking for a pharmacy never ever go to this one!

30+ minutes in the line to pick-up medications listed as ready. Completely understaffed. Walgreens…at the bare minimum have staff addressing those who have text or email confirmations of medications ready and a separate line for those who are dropping off or don’t have any confirmations to pick up medications.

My 80 year old mother came here to take passport pictures. She informed the girl she didn’t know if to leave her glasses on or not and the passport picture lady insisted the glasses weren’t a problem. After receiving a letter from the passport processing informing us that indeed we needed to have pictures without the glasses and to retake and send. I drove my mother to retake her photos. The manager Harold, his lack of empathy and costumer service were appalling. Never have a met such a rude manager. Even after finding her old pictures to prove she was there, he still charged her the $18 for the pictures. We will never buy anything from this Walgreens. They take advantage of the elderly! Shame on you Harold!
