Not so much of professionalism when it comes to answering questions about prescription drugs . frustratingly endless waiting on the phone to be disconnected for no apparent reason. Not honest answering specific questions. No empathy for critical patients bed bound for life.

I love this walgreens especially because of the customer service they provide yilean is the best she's always happy smiling and makes the experience that much better she provides great customer service and is always helpful in every way as is the rest of the staff there

Cashier Yilean Ibanez was not friendly or even acknowledge that i said hello. She asked the customer in front of me for rewards and didn't even try to see if i wanted put my phone number in for mine. Just a very awkward interaction. I wonder if this is how she deals with all her non Spanish speaking customers.
