Visited this Wells Fargo last week. Went through drive thru during business hours and there was no one sitting at the window. I thought it was closed. This was on a Friday. I had to park and physically get out of my car and go into the lobby. There were many people in line and it was like a 25 min wait. Only 2 tellers working.

Went in as a walk up to open a business account and they told me to wait for the next available agent. 1.5 hours later they tell me that they won’t be able to attend me because there’s no one available to help me. No organization. Made me waste my time. Chase has much better service and it’s right next to it.

It is impossible to access the ATMs, they are completely blocked every night and worse you have them during the week and in the ATM at the front there is never parking to be able to get off to carry out an operation.

One star to be able to express dissatisfaction with the service in this place, I went to make a wire and they received me that if I did not have an appointment it would not be possible to make it, it's a shame for the bank I have been a customer for more than 5 years, then I went to another branch that was nearby and they immediately welcomed me and processed the transaction, very bad service in this place.

It is the closest branch to my house, but I will stop visiting it, I don't know what happens but there are few employees and those who are not there do not seem to be comfortable, there is almost always only one ATM, the waits are long

Very bad attention. After 10 minutes sitting. Nobody asked me if I needed anything?
They very kindly told me that it was already 4:30 and that they closed at 5 in the afternoon
Textually, it was already too late to manage my request.
With me I think they lost a potential client.
