“On August 3, 2024, my daughter and I went to the AT&T store on Blanding Boulevard in Orange Park for information on bundle packages for cell phones, wi fi, and direct TV. Upon entering, we were greeted with great customer service and smiles. Ashley answered all our questions. But, we couldn’t strike a deal until Sunday. Ashley texted us the next day to say she was there early. Unfortunately, we arrived an hour later and the store was packed with customers. Ashley was the only one working. We waited about 30 minutes but in that time, she multi tasked and assisted the customers in a timely manner to avoid them to wait. As she was assisting us getting our new phones, she did the same. I am very pleased with the customer service we received from Ashley and will only go to the if she is working. She knows her stuff and helps her customers with satisfaction. I know I’m very satisfied with Ashley and I highly recommend her to friends if they were to switch to AT&T. Great job, Ashley!”
