“I came in because I was not happy with the previous provider I had. I wanted to see if it was worth the switch even though I had had my previous provider for over 12 years. And let me tell you...IT WAS. Jason helped us navigate what plans and phones would make the most sense. He was so accommodating and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions with ease. I cannot recommend Verizon and Jason more. If you plan on going to Verizon for any reason ask for him!”

“I had my screen fixed here last month and I dropped my phone again 2 days ago and got it fixed again yesterday. I was willing to pay full price again but it was under warranty so I didnt have to pay for anything. He was so kind and professional and even remembered my husband Jamar !!
