“I use this stones store over the other local stones locations because they always have what you need or will get something you use on a regular. The store manager is straight forward and blunt at times but with the way people are now a days, can you blame him? He's not rude or disrespectful, he just runs a tight ship and holds his crew to a higher expectation. Every time I walk in I'm greeted by one of the employees asking if I need help finding anything but not in the way they feel like they HAVE to ask but because they genuinely want to help. I saw a few comments from others saying that they are over priced and I would agree but being the only hardware store in a small town just around the corner gives you that advantage and to be fair, they've been there much longer than I can remember. So they are doing something right. I'd consider this store more of an emergency supply to small project store, if you use them as supplier for say, building an addition or even a full house that could be on the pricy side but they do deliver materials at an extremely competitive rate so remember, get a quote on lumber. if you don't like the price, don't be a Karen and try to ruin a local company just because you don't agree with small insignificant things that don't matter. now if the location was absolutely in need of repairs and cleaning I'd post that but just because you may not like how the crew is or the pricing, that is yours to deal with because like myself, and a lot of other locals, we appreciate our local businesses and they have proved that they deserve our Business.”

“Good products, definitely not an inexpensive store to get materials from, but it's Grainger, and their products are quality so you're getting what you pay for.”

“They have enough employees and that's a good thing. Being a contractor for the better part of a decade, Lowe's and Home Depot have both shifted their target audience from independent contractors to home owners. Again, not the end of the world but the days when I could pull my trailer close to enough to the door so the forklift could load a pallet of concrete or drywall on the trailer are long gone. I love the holidays, but I think they kind of overdo it. Obviously it brings a profit or they'd quit doing gimmicks like that. No wonder I can't find an associate when I need one. I do like the handheld devices being implemented. I don't expect every associate to know where everything is at and be knowledgeable on the subject. It's easier for them to show you to the isle and give you the specs on different tools/etc even if that's not their specialty. (B-) Employees are equipped with better tools that help stock and locate items IF management doesn't have them stringing lights in the parking lot. The biggest reason for the B- is that they're trying to transition to a big boss store that happens to have wood. They have basic materials but I can tell they've reduced construction inventory for more room for a few inflatable Santas??‍♂️”

“New location on North Monroe St, a few blocks south of the previous location. It's a bigger building, so I'd expect some added advantages of shopping here. We found our replacement locks for our newly closed on home.?”

“Brooke is absolutely the best in the business! I am moving to Orlando, and pray that I get the same service there. Brooke always goes above and beyond and always has a perfect customer service attitude! Even when I have to call him 5 times in a row to change my order, he jokes and has fun with me and all his customers! Brooke is the reason I'll never shop anywhere else for HVAC. Gonna miss ya bud. Thanks for everything!”

“The five-star is overlooking the complete ignorance of young lady stationed at Returns, and is focused on helpful, informed other staff that were able to direct me to the item I was looking for. Sorry, I don't have their names, but a gentleman and a lady got me to the Vigoro 8 ft Plant & Garden Stakes. If management sees this, please inquire, they would know who they are...credit to the two good ??and ?? the one bad?‍♀️.”
