“I originally was going to cancel my service because I’ve been dissatisfied. My internet was constantly going in and out. I called to have someone come out and check my connection. Finally, a technician that took his time and was thorough. The technicians name is Dimitri. I’ve waited a couple of weeks to write this review, to make sure my WiFi has continued working. I have not had a single issue since Dimitri replaced lines in my attic and outside. He made sure he checked every area. Come to find out, I had a couple of bad lines. I have never had consistent connection since I’ve lived here, which has been 9 years. I’ve changed internet service when my internet wouldn’t work. Really, every technician has always stated, “its working fine now”, only to leave the problem there. So, I want to thank Dimitri for his excellent service and attention to detail. He saved this company from losing business.”

“After a very stressful 24 hrs of not having an iPhone (due to mine overheating and refusing to turn back on), Katelyn and Mitch saved the day! They couldn’t have been more patient or knowledgeable. I was in and out of the store in less than an hour and they answered all of my questions and patiently walked me through the entire process of buying a new iPhone and got it activated for me.”

I had an issue with a new Apple Watch and tried calling Verizon’s tech support number over seven times only to get an overseas person reading from a script everytime. I then went to the Cordova Mall location hoping to get help only to be told he can’t do anything and told me to call tech support ?. We then went to the Pace location and met with Matt. He and another employee named Andrew went over and beyond to get the watch not only working but scanned over our One Talk planned and corrected numerous errors a previous employee made.
