“BBQ depot replaced my AOG grill. They were prompt and fairly priced. Other companies were charging a fortune for installation and BBQ depot was totally reasonable. They were quick to order, easy to pay and showed up when they said they were coming with a reminder phone call. Their service was impressive and one of the owners actually delivered and installed by BBQ, removing the old one and putting in a new one and spent the time showing me how to work my new BBQ. He wouldn't take a tip when I offered. Totally impressed. Will definitely refer people to this company.”

“1/25/2026--Another quality part ordered from Goodman's--the blade for my 30 year old blender. Yes, shipping was $10 (which, remember, pays for the cost of picking, packaging, and shipping). Comparing the cost of ordering from Goodman's compared to Amazon? Only $4, and I knew I would get an OEM part from Goodman's. One never knows what one will get when ordering from Amazon; the company selling the part on AMZN is outside of the U.S. I received my order in a timely manner, and it fits perfectly. I will always order my small appliance parts from Goodman's.
Previous review: Goodman's sent a glass replacement pitcher for my 30 year old Oster blender. I received it in a timely manner. It appears to be OEM as it has the Oster logo on it. Goodman's had the best price of all companies that stocked this pitcher.”

“There hasn't been a time that I've gone to this big box hardware store that I've been disappointed.As someone who is clueless about hardware, I usually get a handyman to help me, but I didn't want to wait till he was free for something I needed right away and could "probably" do myself. I rushed over with lightbulb in hand because the light went out in my bathroom. Given that the bulb is a bit different--with two small prongs which I later learned is called a bipin or bi-pin, I knew I'd need some expert help. After strolling down the aisles, I realized they didn't have the bulb I needed! So I went on the hunt.... After much deliberation with the guys, we agreed on the best possible solution which was to get an adapter so I could just screw in a standard light bulb. The best part was that it was all very affordable and I have two choices going forward. Despite this location not having a whole lot of crew members, when you find one (or two), you can bet your bottom dollar they will jump in and make it worth your trip there!As I was leaving the store, I noticed there's a question on the bottom of my receipt: "Did we nail it?" Yes; Carlos and Paul nailed it!”
