“I discovered this shop through Google reviews. My beloved Singer sewing machine that I've owned and used for 30+ years wasn't operating properly. I met Warren and asked him to investigate and give it a tune up. We'll, my dear old Singer was beyond repair (plastic gear cracked, which Warren showed me). I was very sad because I thought all the new machines are computerized and high tech. He told me about the Janome Sewist 721 (and that it was on sale). I told him I had to think about it and discuss the expense with my husband. Warren is a no pressure and straight talking kind of fellow. I did some research and learned about Janome machines. Compared my dead Singer with my backup Singer. Went back to Warren the next day with a list of questions and told him about my sewing priorities. What a patient man he is. He listened to my needs, offered some tips, gave advice/facts. He converted me from a lifelong Singer gal to a Janome gal and I made my purchase. I recommend Warren as a great technician, honest and direct. I will be bringing my backup machine to him as well as my Mom's for servicing. In addition to being an expert on sewing machines (embroidery, sergers, long arms, etc) he also is an expert on vacuum cleaners. I can't afford the top of the line, but i know my next vacuum cleaner will come from this shop. As long as Warren is still there in case anything goes wrong. I have full confidence in him. “Worst Buy - Not Best Buy. I showed up in person to buy four laptops for my kids and was told I am not allowed to buy the four laptops in-person. BUT, if I go back to my car in the parking lot and place an order for the four laptops and sit in the car for one hour, I can go back in the very store that said I was not allowed to buy four, and collect the four. If that doesn’t sound absolutely ridiculous then show me a better or worse example. No wonder the damn parking lot is empty. #sellyourstocks”
