“It's hard to rate ROSS. Their prices are unbeatable and hunting for something interesting is always fun. The greeter is nice but unnecessary. The real problem is checkout.
I hadn't even processed my credit card at the terminal before the cashier called NEXT. That's so impersonal and obnoxious. My stuff is still on the counter in bags while the next customer is crowding me out.

“Came here to return two beach dresses that I changed my mind on . Waiting on line hopefully it won't be to long. At the check out line they always have food stuff to temp you . They also have mask at different prices and hand sanitiser . I threw my receipt out by mistake hopefully they can look it up on my credit card. Sales people are friendly check out as friendly parking is easy come shop at the store”

“I went to the Khols in Pembroke Pines today. They changed the way you check out and it seems better. They had 6 cashiers and they set it up different than it was. You get into a line but when it is your turn a voice will tell you which number register to go to. There are 3 registers on both sides. It seems to run better this way!”
