“Awesome service and very kind employees. Went around for Earth Day trying to buy and recycle broken phones to save the Gorillas from the toxins they are exposed to. He gave several to us for cheap and even threw in a free one to help as well. Then we asked to buy a tempered glass screen protector and he just gave it to use for free to help the cause. “I was assisted by Godfrey who replaced my SIM card, also met new store manager who was nice and helpful, overall good experience. Godfrey helped me In past and even remember my name after more than 6 months! I enjoy coming to the store because I don't get my issues resolved on the phone with customer service although I pay for the AT&t Pro-Tech support. Unfortunately the phone representative from Att Pro-Tech support that I called about 2 hours before my visit, could not resolve my issue because she was distracted during my phone call and was not paying attention. Honestly she sounded like she was high on something. I was so frustrated that I decide to go to the store where they fully resolved my issue in person. Thanks Godfrey!”
