I WANT TO LET THIS STORE AND THE COMMUNITY KNOW THAT THE REPRESENTATIVES AT THIS STORE WE MET RISHITA ONLY THE FIRST TIME THEN WE CAME BACK ALL THE WAY FROM POMPANO TO SEE RISHITA BECAUSE SHE HAS THE BEST PERSONALITY AND SHE LISTENS AND DOES HER BEST TO MAKE SURE SHE HELPS THE CUSTOMERS. THEN WE ENDED UP HAVING TO COME BACK AND THE MANAGER JENNY WAS ABLE TO HELP MY HUSBAND. SHE WAS WONDERFUL EVERY THING WAS TAKEN CARE OF BECAUSE OF THESE REPS AT THIS STORE. “I had amazing customer service experience and interaction with both Mr Jay and Mr Ady in December 2025 and January 21,2026 myself and other customers was greeted with a wam smile and asked how can help you even though they were with other customers. They were flexiable managing and working hard to help everyone. This issue I had with my phone in December was very complicated and Mr Jay worked hard to figure out what was the issue and assisted other customers at the same time. I went back this week January 21,2026 and I have the same amazing experience with Mr Ady polite patient and helpfull they both are ,I needed help with my new phone. I also, observed team work with both Mr Jay and Mr Ady. While I was there on different occasions the customers seemed very satisfied as myself.

The deal they had for the front and back of the iPhone 11 would have been taken in an instant if we didn't need to also fix the SE. Relaxing area to wait in with good food next door.
