These guys took my phone and got it straightened out like there was nothing to it. Being old, cranky and illiterate to cellphones, they straightened out my problem & gave me an education. “I visited the west pines store near Dykes and was immediately greeted by Alex 20 mins before the store was to close. My phone stopped charging and was in a panic. Alex was extremely helpful and stayed with me until the new phone was set up, accessories were put on and account details were updated. I am beyond impressed by the great service he provided. I never felt rushed.”

“Embarrassing, but two fake purported AT&T contractors convinced us to sign up for a change in our service which was inappropriate for our location. I went to this store for help in undoing it, and was helped by Andrew. He greeted me right away and asked what he could do for me. After I explained he provided the details of the steps needed to undo the damage and return the associated unneeded equipment for credit. He answered all my questions, with a few of his own interspersed to make sure I understood what to do. The encounter felt very friendly and unhurried, but was also efficient and to-the-point.
