I had an outstanding experience at this AT&T store! The entire team went above and beyond for me, my sister, and my aunt. We visited multiple times, and every single visit the service was consistently excellent.
The store manager, Eddie, was incredibly informative, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, helped all of us upgrade our phones, and made sure all of our information was transferred smoothly with no stress at all.
Alejandro and Humberto were also amazing—both were very kind, helpful, and friendly, making us feel truly welcomed each time we came in.
It’s rare to find a team that is so professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend this AT&T store and this fantastic team to anyone looking for excellent service!”

“Hours of Operation varies. Open sign usually visible, although it seems otherwise. You have to call the number posted in front of the Store, if there's no one there. Wait is less likely to be long. The Staff is Polite, Respectful, Knowledgeable and More likely to give You great deals on Phones, services and accessories for being a Loyal customer.”

On a side note, I don’t quite understand why sales associates are required to stand throughout their entire shifts. As customers, we also spend a lot of time standing, especially when transactions take longer—like in my case, when buying a new phone.
Yani was phenomenal and really took her time to offer me a variety of services, including helping with my phone case and screen. Her care made the experience much smoother.
That said, it would be a huge improvement if the store offered high chairs or stools for both customers and sales associates. It would make the process much more comfortable for everyone while still allowing for great service.”

“After several failed attempts to activate the new phone I purchased, I decided to go to the Verizon store. Anthony was absolutely amazing . He greeted me immediately and offered assistance. I explained the issue and he assured me he would resolve it which put me at ease. He activated my phone in a very efficient manner and I was on my way. He answered all my questions and educated me on things I was unaware of. He is truly an asset to verizon.”
“I have been a customer for over two decades. I have been to this store twice. For this review,
I came to return an old modem. I came on a Thursday at 2:56 pm. Juan checked me in when I entered the store. He asked for my phone number for identification purposes, and told me to have a seat and that there were 3 customers ahead of me, and that and someone would help me in 10-15 minutes.
At 2:57 pm I received a text message indicating that I had checked in. I sat and the wait began.
While I waited, I observed the dynamics around me: the store has 10 stations that look to be set up to help customers, but this day only 3 had agents serving people. The store is large and music was constantly playing. The center console, surrounded by seating, had a TV playing a sports station.
I waited a total of 20 minutes and then Brian called me. He took the modem, scanned it, printed or receipt and told me I was all done. That took less than two minutes. Overall, this was a satisfactory experience, but I wish I had waited less for a two minute transaction”
