“I have been looking for a good shop in my area for a while and I found this place on Google, I took in my Mercedes for an alignment, oil change and brakes. They did the job quick and for a great price. “I had an excellent experience. I originally took my BMW X3 to the bmw dealership for service, and they quoted me $7,500 just to replace the mechatronics, which they admitted might not even fix the actual issue.
The car would not go into drive. I called BTG Automotive, and they towed the car for me, properly diagnose and fix the problem for significantly less than what BMW was going to charge me with a high confidence it would fix the actual issue. The car is now running great now!
When I picked it up, it was cleaned and ready to go, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. Honest diagnostics, fair pricing, and high-quality work. I’ll definitely be bringing my other BMWs here in the future.
