“Your store is nice ,,,HOWEVER,,,it’s just like when I used to work in a store. The workers are doing their best. But even though I’m sure you make tons of money cause a dollar general I’d popping up on every corner. You don’t have enough help. They can’t stock the shelves because they have to go to the front to check someone out. That makes them discouraged. You should have more workers. But hey ,,,,keep makin that money and not caring for your workers. I will go somewhere else cause I know how it is. Now when I do go in I always use the self checkout to help the worker.”
“The store staff isn’t given the authority to correct errors. $6 of my digital coupons didn’t get taken off of my order, a regular occurrence. I confirmed I had the items that qualified for the coupons and so did the store manager.”
