“I have finally found an honest, friendly, and professional mechanic. I wish I would have found them years ago. I will only bring my cars to Lake County Auto Service from now on. Daniel was very friendly from the first interaction on the phone. I was able to get a convenient appointment for service. It was my sons car that was having problems and I was worried about a mechanic taking advantage of him. However, Daniel kept us informed and did not try to charge us for unnecessary repairs.”

“Just amazing and courteous service. I called from down the road (thanks to Google search) - my tire was at 11 vs 34.... It was urgent for sure.....
I thought - a new tire purchse ugh.... but they were able to do a tire patch. I've never gone outside my dealer - but now I live a bit far. Relieved to have found this shop!!!!
The price was so affordable (I'm a single mom)... AND the gentleman that was taking my payment was giving me tips to keep my tires longer lasting.... Felt well served and cared for. Shout out to Tiffany who picked up the phone and made me confident to come in.... Glad she did....”
“Let me tell you how wonderful and honest this place is..me and my wife bought a unsafe and basically undrivable car from HGreg in Orlando..that dealership is TERRIBLE and they scammed us..they sold us a car with a COMPLETELY rotted frame..I took it to 3 mechanics..1 wanted to charge me WAY to much..the other place wouldn't even touch the car..took it to Smitty's and not only did he say he could do it and help us but he GENUINELY cared..his manager (happy)and entire team made us feel comfortable and safe that we were in good hands..their confidence and knowledge showed..not only did the fix our car they did it in a EXTREMELY reasonable time and price! Jim and his team did what others said was almost impossible..this team and establishment DESERVES all the praise..not only did he save us from a terrible predicament he now gained a customer and friend for life..cannot recommend this place enough! “Had a nail in my tire but didnt have the key for the wheel lug nut lock. The service team was great and friendly, worked me in quickly and removed the lug lock and put on my spare tire. Was greatful and pleased I ended up purchasing whole new set of tires which they installed the next day. Such a great surprise to find a business that is wiling to help.”

He texted me pictures of two cars that met my criteria. A black Ford Bronco and a gray Jeep Renegade. I fell in love with the Renegade. Tavy scheduled a test drive for me. “I called about having my truck A/C serviced as it was blowing on the warm side. They were busy and the person I talked to promised to call me back with an appointment time. He called me back the same day. The mechanic gave me two options on the service and took time to explain each option. I watched him as he worked. He was knowledgeable and friendly. My A/C works like new. The price was good. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this shop.”

“Came here today for the first time after noticing it while riding by the other day. There looked to be an estate sale or something going on out front with a lot of Christmas items. Upon entry, I noticed the place is very well organized and clean, with a ton of stuff! I'd probably have to come back here quite a few times in order to actually go through and look at everything. Some things are overpriced but I bought a few things that seemed to be a good deal. To me, anyway. A hair dryer which I've been needing, a waffle blanket that was 50% off so only $2, and a pair of linen pants. Total was $7 for everything. The lady working was helpful. I actually asked for her help to see something that was inside of the glass case, and she moved the stuff out from in front of it and got it out for me. She also answered the questions I had about prices for some items. I recommend this store because I feel like there is something there for everyone.”
