“I came here this morning, after being referred by someone else who comes here. I am so impressed! The lady working at the front desk was so kind; she got me checked in immediately. I sat down in the waiting area and it's very nice, clean, and comfortable. When I was called to the back, the guy drawing my blood was amazing! He could tell I was having anxiety, and mentioned some breathing techniques I could use to calm down. He got the needle into my vein quickly, without fishing, and wrapped my arm. I don't know how many times I've went to Labcorp and they've blown veins, went fishing in my arm which makes me feel like I'm going to pass out. Complete opposite experiences than the one I had today, at AdventHealth. I will schedule all of my labwork at this lab from now on! I'll also be telling other people about it as well.”

“They have always been on time and attentive. Today they went above and beyond to help me. My only complaint would be to have a direct line to them. I called today and was on hold for 25 minutes due to their not being a direct phone line.”
“This is a very nice lab. You can tell is new or was recently renovated. When you come in, head straight to the tablets on the wall and check yourself in. It will guide you through the check-in process and scanning your ID right there. Your initials will appear on the TVs on the waiting room. These TVs also show how many people are being care for and how many have appointments on this time range. Your name will disapear from the screen when the nurse/tech is coming out to call you. The person who did my blood work was awesome. I barely felt the pinch and did not brused at all (I always get horrible black n blues on my arm after blood tests).My appointment was on a Tuesday at 2pm and the lab was empty. Got in and out pretty fast!”

“I get all my blood work done here because Abby is the best phlebotomist ever!! I have bad veins but it never hurts when she does it. I definitely recommend coming here especially if it's difficult to draw your blood. I'm so relieved to be able to come here and not worry if it's going to hurt or they will be able to do it. Thanks Abby!”

“My wife and I had a very positive experience at the Labcorp office in Tavares, Florida. Mickey was very efficient in drawing our blood for a blood test. My wife is normally fearful of needles and sometimes faints. But, Mickey’s bubbling personality and funny stories kept her distracted. We actually left the facility laughing ?. That is a first ever. Thank you, Mickey, for your professionalism.”
