“Was there this morning for routine bloodwork. Self check in ridiculously easy. The tv screens tell how many people are currently being seen,and HIPAA compliant "who's next" checked in. The waiting room is small and fills up quickly,but things moved like clockwork. Staff is upbeat,friendly,personable,attentive ,and professional. If you're needle phobic(I am not),I can suggest Daniel would be a great phlebotomist to see as his chairside manner,attention to detail,and extremely gentile touch was amazing. He got everything taken care of quickly and painlessly. I'm writing this 10 hours post stick,it's obvious I had blood drawn,but no bruising(yet)and no residual discomfort. The waiting room does not have that " spotless" feel to me,but a lot of people are run through and I was there mid morning(the start at 5:30 am!),so,while not dirty,also not pristine. The patient treatment room,however;was spotless,well organized and comfortable. Getting bloodwork done is never a pleasant experience,but this location handles it right.”

“I came here this morning, after being referred by someone else who comes here. I am so impressed! The lady working at the front desk was so kind; she got me checked in immediately. I sat down in the waiting area and it's very nice, clean, and comfortable. When I was called to the back, the guy drawing my blood was amazing! He could tell I was having anxiety, and mentioned some breathing techniques I could use to calm down. He got the needle into my vein quickly, without fishing, and wrapped my arm. I don't know how many times I've went to Labcorp and they've blown veins, went fishing in my arm which makes me feel like I'm going to pass out. Complete opposite experiences than the one I had today, at AdventHealth. I will schedule all of my labwork at this lab from now on! I'll also be telling other people about it as well.”

“They have always been on time and attentive. Today they went above and beyond to help me. My only complaint would be to have a direct line to them. I called today and was on hold for 25 minutes due to their not being a direct phone line.”

“Honestly, I was not looking forward to going here. But my doc sent me here so I went. And WOW they were amazing. They got me in SO quickly even without an appointment and the technician who helped me was so nice. The facility is super clean and I was really impressed. Allan, if you see this, thank you again! “I arrived on a Friday morning (9/9/22) at 7:45 as a walk in. Was back in my car by 8:20. There were appointments and lots of walk ins before me. So their time was very impressive.The staff member in a leg/ knee contraption was nice about keeping us informed. Because the check in screen gives you no estimated waits while also doing her lab job. The 2nd woman there (slim, brown pony tail) who took my blood was so nice and thanked me for my patience. I was willing to wait a bit as a walk in. I'm also a hard stick and she had no problems. A true pro!”

“I get all my blood work done here because Abby is the best phlebotomist ever!! I have bad veins but it never hurts when she does it. I definitely recommend coming here especially if it's difficult to draw your blood. I'm so relieved to be able to come here and not worry if it's going to hurt or they will be able to do it. “This is a very nice lab. You can tell is new or was recently renovated. When you come in, head straight to the tablets on the wall and check yourself in. It will guide you through the check-in process and scanning your ID right there. Your initials will appear on the TVs on the waiting room. These TVs also show how many people are being care for and how many have appointments on this time range. Your name will disapear from the screen when the nurse/tech is coming out to call you. The person who did my blood work was awesome. I barely felt the pinch and did not brused at all (I always get horrible black n blues on my arm after blood tests).My appointment was on a Tuesday at 2pm and the lab was empty. Got in and out pretty fast!”

“Best place to go if you need any labs done! The nice woman name stacy told me everytging she was gonna do before she did it. She has a nice warming welcome smile. A lot better than most places! I would definitely recommend for people who are nerves to go to her!”
