“I advise that other people disregard this Amanda Mapp review that is on here. I have come to this CVS for years and have been helped by Marcello the pharmacy technician that Amanda is targeting. I witnessed that day when Marcello encountered Amanda, and I could hear her screaming at Marcello over something out of his control. With every answer, he gave Amanda she felt the need to belittle his work environment to the point that she had to say she was a Nurse. The issue was the new staff pharmacist Giovanni that did not speak up about the issue and how he failed to get her medicine on time, and when Marcello asked her for 10 minutes to get it ready, she got upset and spent 10 minutes waiting in the drive-thru line and made Giovanni, fill her medication. I had to wait to get help because of Amanda Mapp. Marcello is a great pharmacy technician and he does a lot of behind the scene things to help people save money when they do not need insurance, he even tried with Amanda with their systems coupon program as he was mentioning to his coworker to help deescalate the situation he was having with Amanda. Amanda seems to be a privileged and arrogant person, that was upset because things did not go her way. Do not believe her review and her \"assessment\" is invalid. Amanda Mapp is not a doctor, she claims to be a \"nurse\" who knows nothing about communication assessments and lacks empathy as a person. 5 stars to Marcello! I was not going to originally comment, but since Google refuses to take down Amanda Mapp's review after I reported it, I felt that I needed to stand up for Marcello, an amazing employee at CVS! And just so Amanda knows, he is still at CVS helping all these customers, since March 11 and this location has a new staff pharmacist, which shows who was at fault that day, NOT THE TECHNICIAN.”

“Visit the CVS in Mt.Dora and the service was horrible. Specially, a pharmacist by the name of Noah Torres the attitude the way he talk to people he seems like a very bad mood. I would never ever go to this pharmacy. Now on the other hand, I went to the one In Mt. Dora inside of target, and the pharmacist by the name of Mo was incredible; very friendly very glad to help even it was time to close. He took his time to help me knowing that I need a very important medicine. This CVS is further from my house but I would not go and be mistreated near my house. I would rather come to the CVS inside of target in Mount Dora. The address is 17450 Highway 441 in Mount Dora. Thank you MO thank you for such a great service.”

“The experience I have had mostly eveytime I've phoned and picked up my prescription has been very good! What I see is smart hard working professional pharmacist working as a team to manage the multitude-population, prescription, and staff. Yes it is their professional training is what we the population should expect a service.....And yet anything -beyond meaning behavior of this populous-is mercy and belongs to a different type of service that medicine cannot sustain the endurance needed-. That being counseling. Think about the amount of energy that is put into lashing out on the staff and shift it to problem solving. Instead of looking around, yes you populous ,looking around for someone behind you to gripe to or justify your anger with -think of thinking better Instead of bitter. problem solvers shift -pivot-look, move, their focus in a different direction and try to see beyond or forward to the greater good. Look at the endurance it takes on a daily Walmart pharmacy shift. Keep going you are rock stars!!! I challenge You -population-society- to be problem Solvers!”

“Great store, plentiful diverse foods, produce, meats, poultry and vegetables. The store is large and was busy, however the prices were much higher then our local area back in Indiana. But very clean and well stocked.”
