“as i was on my way to my parents in ocala i realized my front left tire went flat. i was half an hour from my own place and fifty from their house. i randomly pulled them up on google maps and i am so glad i did. as soon as i pulled up they immediately helped me. i was in and out within 10 minutes- they were so friendly and it was so fast! only $50 for a new tire! they are the best, if you’re nearby definitely check them out for their services”

“Went in to tuffy today for a "screw in tire" . Hoping to get plugged or patched obviously. I was taken care of promptly,by a great employee named Mike. He took my car in immediately and he confirmed it didn't need a patch or plug. That the screw was just stuck in between the threads and not peircing. He saved me money by being honest with me. She knew her business and I trusted her she left or was let go. I’m not sure I don’t think the guys really cared for her. They didn’t give me much information about where to find her and then Kelli came on board. if it weren’t for Kelli, I never would’ve gotten my tires and brakes done there. I don’t feel comfortable dealing with the men there. I I don’t feel appreciated or valued. After 15+years of business, they don’t even act like they know me”
