“Huge shout out and many thanks to Ashley. Car started running rough and it’s getting time to change the plugs, so I changed them, but still running rough so my guess was a bad coil pack. When I called Advance I explained the problem to Ashley and she told me to come in and would hook a scanner up to it, and at no charge, non of the other competitors I called even offered that. When I got there I told her whom I was and she remembered our conversation and got out the scanner and went out to hook it up. Not 1 but 2 bad coil packs, thankfully had them in stock and offered me the use of tools to change them. Car is fixed and runs great. Next time I need parts for any of my cars will be going to Advance, Ashley is knowledgeable and professional yet friendly and down to earth. Ashley again Thank You with much appreciation for your time and help”

“This time the service and experience was excellent. Great communication between the tire tech and myself. He was knowledgeable about vehicles and extremely friendly. I was very happy to see that the young kids that was working there were no longer there and just appeared to be experienced professional and courteous men. Nothing against the kids working but when it comes to your vehicle I would much rather have someone that knows what they are talking about. Wouldn't you? Anyway I will definitely be going back to the Walmart in Brandon for tires and oil changes. Great prices too. I was quoted $43.00 for a tire patch when Walmart only charged $15.00.”
