“Our car was side swiped a couple of years ago in a parking lot. My husband took it to Wren's to see how much it would cost to fix it. He was told it was only surface damage and could be buffed out. They did it and didn't charge anything.
So, when we had a problem and needed a repair from an accident we took it to Wren's. They were wonderful. They not only fixed it to look new, they worked with the insurance, got a rental car for us and all we had to do is leave it and pick it up. The best surprise is that they cleaned the inside and out. It looked professional and there was no charge for that. I have heard of old fashion service but I saw it in action at Wren's. We highly recommend this company and will always use it if needed.”

Walked in expecting a simple battery test… left with a reminder of what real work ethic and character look like.
Had what I believed to be a battery issue… slight sprinkle outside, nothing more. Waited my turn and Caleb let me know he wasn’t comfortable testing the battery because of the “rain.” Fair enough… I offered to do it myself if he’d just tell me how to use the tester. He declined… didn’t want to assist, didn’t even want to stand nearby as he thought it would be to dangerous to watch me test my battery in the dry engine compartment with the hood over the engine where no water was coming in…poor fellas just didn’t want to engage.
Then Christine stepped in. She said “No problem, sir. I will do it.”
No hesitation… no excuses… just ownership.
I tried to do it myself out of respect… she insisted on doing her job and doing it right. That matters. She tested the battery, confirmed it needed replacement, grabbed the correct one, and when I again offered to handle the install, she shut it down and got it done herself. That’s pride in your work. That’s service.
I’ve worked hard my entire life… and I recognize it immediately when I see it in someone else. Christine carries herself with professionalism, grit, and a commitment to doing what needs to be done… no matter how small the task.
Caleb… you’ve got a decision to make. Step up or step aside. The world doesn’t reward comfort… it rewards effort, accountability, and action.
Christine… you earned this review. Absolute respect!”

“No other body shop in the area comes close! This is about the only body shop around that is still family-owned by people who are born and raised here. Top quality work, fair prices, and willing to work with insurance adjusters. Not many places around have as much experience as these guys. You don't stay in business for as long as they have in an area that used to be small where word of mouth is the only feedback unless you are doing something right! I noticed the only bad feedback they have here on Google reviews is by a guy who was mad because he stopped by on their lunch break and they weren't there, and by another fellow who left three stars and didn't even leave a reason why he left three stars. Get rid of those two ridiculous reviews and they have a full five stars. Definitely recommended and will be back!”
“Super thankful for these folks at O’Reilly on Cumming Hwy. I had a flat tire and tried in vain to get swollen lug nuts off (threw everything at them but the kitchen sink!). Eventually, thanks to O’Reillys parts and a kind fellow customer who helped us out in the parking lot, we were finally able to get the old nuts off, put on the spare, and our brand new (capless!) lug nuts on. Thankful for these hard work and determination of Mason from the store! Very kind folk over here- they will do everything they can to assist!”

I had an appointment at 11a to install 2 tires I bought via the WM website. By 11:45a everything was done! The technicians and service people were all friendly and professional. The tires were affordable. And honestly this was the easiest tire transaction I have ever had! ???”
