“My daughter’s tire blew right by the shop, being her first car and by herself she was nervous about what to do. The people offered to come help her and put her donut on. We ended up just buying a new tire for her. They had to delivered to the office in about 30 minutes. She was able to stay in the car with her dog, payment made over the phone due to being at work and over a hour away.”
