The place was SO BUSY but Dakota went above and beyond to take his time while going thru the documents with my mother page by page to verify all info was correct and that there were no inconsistencies. I've worked in customer service a very long time and this was some of the best service I've personally witnessed. He was awesome while the store door stayed opening and didn't waver in trying to hurry us along. He deserves some recognition here.”

“Have had problems since updating system with new app. Last employee messed up my acct taking over my phone doing all sorts with the app. This time when I went in a Donavan (?) helped. He was GREAT. Took his time, worked with downloading app for me and between the two of us we were able to figure out all the kinks and get the app working and with my school acct. took about fifteen minutes but he was not giving up and was very patient with the situation. Great employee.”
