Best ups store in lakeland! Super sweet and very helpful! I went in to ship a package with no clue on what I was doing and Gina helped me out, and even repacked my package for me! I was shipping a birthday present, and she even signed the card lol! 10/10 experience, wish I could rate higher.

Great customer service, I've been having a issue with a package that I needed delivered and I interacted with Gina. She went well above and beyond to make sure that my issue was resolved. Great job and thank you for an outstanding service to her and her coworkers
