“From packaging to arrival UPS delivery exceptional service. I visited the store in Lakeland Fl by County Line Rd needed a US memorial flag packed to present to my nephew. A nephew we found on Ancestry that we didn’t know existed. His father passed while on active duty and I felt he deserved this gift more than anything. The flag and its case was 2” too large to board a plane so I used UPS instead. The person named Manny at UPS packed it, to my amazement it arrived timely and without a scratch. I was able to present it with pride and joy in my heart. Thank to UPS for giving me an opportunity to honor my brother and bless his son.”

Then while walking past the store another elderly man with a cane walked in and I watched Dakota reach out and give him his arm to assist him then walk right into the back of the store to grab chairs for them. Great Job Dakota, your kindness does not go unnoticed!”

“Shannon was very very patient with me. She answered every question and concern I had with printing labels. I had never printed labels before so she made my first experience worth the time and drive. She also kept a smile on her face whether every time we spoke (in store or over the phone). There was also another worker there who helped me as well, I can’t recall her name right now. But I know it starts with “S”. (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name at the moment). She was there with Shannon when I initially went to the store. She was pleasant as well with a smile.”

“I had a wonderful experience at Staples. I was hesitant at first as it was very busy and I was on a time crunch. But the moment it was my turn to get checked out, I was greeted very kindly by the employee Phoebe. She was calm and collected considering the store was packed with many customers who were being impatient. She checked me out quickly and I left the store satisfied with my purchase and my interaction. Thank you for being so kind.”
