“About a year ago I needed some body work done and I was referred to Joseph Motors by a reputable business colleague. My husband had already had it fixed but when I got the quote it was less than 3 other body shops. I promised them I would remember them in the future.Well fast forward to the future I needed body work again. (Teenage driver ??♀️). So I take my 13 year old Honda Pilot to them and from beginning to end I cannot say enough wonderful things about everyone.Mr. James Joseph was detailed and compassionate about my situation when I expressed to him that my daughter would be paying for it and we wanted to do some repairs ourselves to help save her some money. It was a real gem finding out that we had somethings in common regarding our faith. I was impressed to read how long they have been in business and for some reason I had never knew they existed. They obviously are doing something very right.I enjoyed getting to know Sonny and how long he has worked there too.Now on to Phil, their bodyshop guru. He was extremely knowledgeable and incredible to work with. He gave me his cell # and communicated with me often regarding my repairs and findings. Throughout this process I realized he is extremely passionate about his job and takes it very seriously and genuinely cares about the repairs. He doesn’t try to hide or not fix things to get an extra buck. He spoke very respectful to me as a female and didn’t talk down to me like I was ignorant and didn’t know what I was doing. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and was so cautious to not rack up the expenses to help save my daughter money.All in all I am truly blessed and grateful for Joseph motors and how they have helped us through this difficult time. I had been looking for a specific car and found it at Jenkins in Lakeland, we live in Saint Pete so before driving over there we wanted to make sure the car was everything I wanted and the trade value on my current car was accurate. Jamie worked with us to make everything seamless. He had excellent communication and sent over extensive videos and photos of the car I was looking to purchase. “What a great experience! First of all Steve had more 5 star reviews than I'd seen with any other Independent Appraiser... with no bad reviews. From the start, Steve was extremely knowledgeable about how insurance companies do their Appraisals, and more specifically, he knew a lot about what mattered to me... Allstate. Steve spent about a half hour on the phone with me on our first call an I was convinced that he would be able to return a much higher valuation on my Range Rover Sport that Allstate had. Within 1 day of hiring Steve, he had already completed my Appraisal which was much more in line with where it should be. One more day later, he had negotiated with the Allstate Adjuster and my valuation landed at $11,460 higher than the insurance company's valuation! My fee was 10% of that and I'm an extremely happy camper! I could never have gotten that kind of return myself or with another appraiser. He's the real deal.”

“Hi, my experience with Kings Auto Group was wonderful. Jay the owner did stuff for me no one in any other dealership would even think of doing. I'll explain. I bought a Car from them. I got it home and it over heated. I called them and Jay sent a fatbed truck to pick it up. 70 miles from the dealership!!! He spent over 12/13 hundred dollars having a new waterpump put on it, a BMW 528I! THEN, he and Elbay sp drove it down 70 miles again to drop it off! Now he did all this when he didn't have to do anything! Like all used car dealerships in fl if you have no warranty it's your responsibility after you leave with it, thats it! Jay the owner could have told me to get lost and rightly so. But he's a very good person and his staff Herman ect.all are good people. Iam 67yrs and disabled.
