“Ok drivers the comments on here are misleading it does not take 6 or 7 hours to unload at warehouse 902 the lady at the window name is Stacy and is really friendly and very helpful on the process at her warehouse 902. Warehouse 901 is also but that I know nothing about but 902 is on point. Two more stars for service.”
“Appt. Was set for 1 a.m. Monday, but i arrived here at 6 p.m. Sunday, they took me early...it took about an hour for unloading... only issue is the wait time for BOL.. they have 4 spots for overnight parking”
“This is quite the paradise for kitchen fanatics, with lots of money to blow, that is! They stock the best products, and fyi, when there are sales on their website, they match those prices. You can also have items transfer here from other stores they don't carry. I had a Staub pot with a dragon on the lid transferred from a store in Georgia, and got it for the online sale price of $179, so I was happy with that. I went the 1st week off of stay at home quarantine, and it was by appointment only, 1 or a couple at a time, once an hour! Strange being the only ones (bf) in the store with 3 full time employees. Strange not being able to pick anything up and having to ask for assistance. I bought a few small items besides the pot, and wondering how they're going to stay in business like this. It was a fun experience for me though!”
